We have postponed going live with the 2020.2.x deployment due to TLS negotiation failures between the load balancers and the backend nodes, resulting in failed health checks. The issue is currently being reviewed and we will create additional Maintenance announcements when we proceed with taking the 2020.2.x deployments live.

We are postponing this upgrade activity by 24 hours while we address some additional database change preparedness tasks.

We will be upgrading the Akana SaaS SMOKE Environment to Akana API Platform 2020.2.x (2020.2.4) (from 2019.1.31).

This major version upgrade into the SMOKE environment will commence a fifteen day (minimum) burn in period during which, we invite all SaaS consumers to further evaluate the readiness of deployment to production for their workloads.

Upon determination of production deployment suitability, we will send out a notification of intent to upgrade the production environments (via additional Status Page Scheduled Maintenance items) with a lead time of no less than fifteen days of their respective scheduled target dates.
