We anticipate ~5-10 minutes of downtime.
The Akana EU environment Developer Portal and associated services (OAuth token generation) will be temporarily down for an RDS cluster switch-over.
This will involve shutting down the active API Portal (Developer Portal) nodes while the upgraded RDS database replica cluster is promoted. The shutdown is necessary to ensure that no database writes occur on the old database cluster during the promotion of the new.
